PAS II~III
The PAS II~III system allowed the use of ASF (amps per sq ft) anodizing
without ANY calculation of square footage at all!!!! Run time reduced
from 50 minutes using voltage anodize to 30 minutes using ASF with better dye
absorption and 50% less dye time. This was done in REAL production on
REAL parts at a REAL (typical) anodizing job shop with skeptical operators. It took
less than 10 minutes of operator instruction and ZERO installation time
and off it went. After the results the operators and management were
amazed at how simple and efficient the PAS II~III system works and
refused to let it leave the production area. It sold on the spot!!!!
